Unsolicited proposals submitted by the private proponent to the PPP Center for determination of completeness and determination of the appropriate approving body pursuant to Section 10(a) of the PPP Code. If the unsolicited proposal is determined to be complete, such unsolicited proposal shall thereafter be endorsed by the PPP Center to the appropriate implementing agency. All unsolicited proposals that are determined to be incomplete shall be returned to the private proponent by the PPP Center.
Projects that have completed studies (pre-feasibility and feasibility) and are undergoing review by implementing agencies; projects that are undergoing studies (pre-feasibility and feasibility); and projects which requested for PDMF support
Unsolicited proposals under initial evaluation of the implementing agency (e.g., detailed evaluation) prior to submission to relevant approving bodies.
Project is currently undergoing evaluation by the appropriate government body (i.e. ICC-Cabinet Committee, Board, and the different local development councils).
Prospective bidders conduct due diligence in preparing their prequalification documents (during the prequalification stage) or bidding documents (during the bidding stage). This stage also involves government’s evaluation of bids submitted by the qualified bidder(s).
Notice of Award (NOA) has been issued to the winning private proponent(s).
