Project Description
The project involves the construction, operation, and maintenance of a new green design building for the NEDA sa Makati property redevelopment. The project aims to address the space requirements of the NEDA-Central Office in Pasig City and its attached agencies through the provision of office space and amenities for regular business operations, space allocations for conferences/seminars/trainings and meeting rooms, and spaces for lease for both private sector and government agencies alike.
Project Objectives
To optimize the use of the property and maximize the value of the idle land by obtaining space for revenues and showcasing the Government's commitment to sustainable, environmentally conscious, and inclusive practices in infrastructure development.
