Project Description

The project involves the rehabilitation, expansion, operation, and maintenance of the existing 84 kilometer NLEX that connects Metro Manila and Central Luzon. NLEX North Harbor Link involves the 21.65-km extension of the NLEX from Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City to the C-3 (Circumferential Road 3) in Caloocan City and to Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.

On May 12, 2022, NLEX Corporation will implement new toll rates, P2.00 in the open system and P0.34 per kilometer in the closed system. The Toll Regulatory Board has given NLEX Corporation go signal to increase its toll.
