Project Description
The 30-hectare Clark Entertainment and Events Hub encompasses several vital components:
- It includes its flagship facility, the Clark International Convention Center, with a proposed footprint of 150,000 sqm, designed to position Clark prominently in the MICE industry;
- The internationally accredited, multi-purpose Indoor Sports Arena, with a minimum seating capacity of 30,000, is dedicated to fostering sports within the region and harnessing the potential of the live music industry;
- The Multi-modal Mobility Hub is envisioned as a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) that seamlessly integrates diverse transportation modesand mixed-use facilities, promoting sustainability and improving the quality of life for the community; and
- The Clark Airport Mall, a vibrant commercial complex catering to tourists, travelers, and local residents’ diverse needs, aims to attract domestic and international visitors, significantly contributing to economic growth in the area.
