The joint venture agreement involves the reclamation and horizontal development of 318 hectares, more or less, of foreshore and offshore areas of Manila Bay located behind or west side of the Quirino Grandstand, up to the breakwater of Manila South Harbor, within the jurisdiction of the City of Manila.
