Project Description
The project involves the financing, design, construction, operations and maintenance of a new Department of Transportation Central Office Main Building. The private sector concessionaire will finance, design, and construct a mixed-use, multi-story, green-design, and gender-responsive building which will house the central office of the Department of Transportation (DOTr). The private sector concessionaire will also operate and maintain the building and its facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations of DOTr.
