The project involves the financing, development, improvement, rehabilitation, expansion, operation and maintenance of Water Supply System in the JV Area to be jointly undertaken by PRIMEWATER and MCWD through a contractual joint venture arrangement for a period of twenty-five (25) years, renewable for another twenty-five (25) years as provided in the Agreement.
