Project Description
Clark International Airport is located on the Clark Special Economic and Freeport Zone in Angeles City, Pampanga Province of Central Luzon Region. The government intends to develop and market Clark International Airport as a major gateway to Northern and Central Luzon and attract both airlines and passengers from its catchment area. The project involves the operations and maintenance of the existing and the proposed new passenger terminal buildings.

Status
Handover of the O&M activities for the existing passenger terminal building held on August 16, 2019
Certificate for the turnover of the Shell of the New Terminal Building/ Associated Facilities/ Remaining Facilities was isiued by BCDA to LIPAD Corp. in Decemebr 22, 2020.
The New Terminal Building (NTB) successfully conducted its first departure and arrival flights last December 14 and 15, respectively. This is part of the airport’s testing for its operational readiness and airport transfer (ORAT).
DCCD-Egis Avia issued Readiness for Operation Certificate dated April 29, 2022 to the LIPAD Corporation. The new passenger terminal building officially opened on May 2, 2022.
On-going O&M construction works including the completion of interior fit-outs of NTB (79.86% overall as of December 2022, Phase 1 (Priority) - 100%; Phase 1 (entire) - 99.82%; Phase 2 - 0%).
