Project Description
The Project involves the financing, design, procurement, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of the following components:
- Congestion charging scheme to manage road usage;
- Advanced traffic management and towing services to monitor and improve road network capacity and efficiency;
- Traffic enforcement system to oversee traffic enforcement and road safety;
- Parking management system of roadside parking, enclosed lots owned by Baguio City, and major parking establishments in Baguio City;
- Public transport systems – transport system management of public utility vehicles (PUV), PUJ service contracting, smart PUV stops;
- Smart command center system and IT infrastructure including applicable software and licenses for integrated command and control; and
- Integrated smart mobility apps for service and information access.
