The PPP Center, through the Project Evaluation Service (PES), is tasked to:

• review and evaluate PPP projects submitted to the Economy and Development Council and the Investment Coordination Committee for approval;
• assist national and local approving bodies in their evaluation of PPP projects;
• determine the completeness of unsolicited proposals prior to their endorsement to the implementing agency/ies; and
• ensure that the processing of PPP projects are compliant with the timelines set forth in the PPP Code and its IRR
