Project Description
The Mandaue Reclamation and Development Project (MRDP) shall refer to the rawland reclamation and horizontal development of approximately ninety-five (95) hectares of foreshore and offshore areas of the City of Mandaue along the coastal area of Mandaue City South Special Economic Zone Barangay Centro and Looc, located within the geogrpahical jurisdiction of the Mandaue City.
The project will consist of reclaimed lands bounded, more or less, on the northeast by Barangay Centro and Looc; on the southeast by Mactan Channel and southwest by Cebu City. The project is envisioned as a self-contained mixed-use community with commercial, tourism-related facilities, and other applicable uses.
