San Pablo City Water District (SPCWD) and Dolores Water District (DWD)
The Lumbo Spring Bulk Water Supply Project (the “Project’) involves the finance, construction, operation, and maintenance of the bulk water facility except maintenance of the pipelines which shall be the responsibility of the SPCWD and DWD with the following components:
1. Source development
2. Installation of transmission pipelines gap from the Lumbo Spring water source to SPCWD delivery point in Barangay Cristobal, San Pablo City with an approximate distance of 1,500 linear meters and to DWD delivery point located in Barangay Bungoy, Dolores near the Dolores Municipal Hall with an approximate distance of 1,000 linear meters.
3. Installation of transmission pipelines for Balanga Spring to the SPCWD’s service areas with an approximate distance of 3,300 linear meters.
4. Installation of flow measuring meter (“Flow Meter”) at the Delivery Point to measure the Treated Bulk Water supplied to DWD and SPCWD.
5. The PSP is required to supply with a volume of 10,000 cu.m per day to SPCWD and 2,000 cu.m per day to DWD throughout the concession period.
