Project Description
The project involves the financing, development, rehabilitation, expansion, improvement, operation and maintenance of water supply and septage system of the Joint Venture Area to be jointly undertaken by PRIMEWATER and BCWD through a contractual joint venture arrangement for a period of twenty-five (25) years, renewable for another twenty-five (25) years as provided in the Agreement.
