The project involves the financing, development, improvement, rehabilitation, expansion, operation and maintenance of Water Supply and Septage Management Systems in the JV Area to be jointly undertaken by PRIMEWATER and BACIWA through a contractual joint venture arrangement for a period of twenty-five (25) years, renewable for another twenty-five (25) years as provided in the Agreement.
