Project Description
The project involves the financing, development, rehabilitation, expansion, improvement, operation and maintenance of Water Supply System in the Joint Venture Area to be jointly undertaken by PRIMEWATER and HWD through a Contractual Joint Venture arrangement for a period of twenty-five (25) years renewable for another twenty-five (25) years as provided in the Agreement.
