The project involves the financing, development, rehabilitation, expansion, improvement, operation and maintenance of the Water Supply System of Bago City Water District to attain the highest possible level of Water Supply Services for, as far as possible, 100% of water customers in the JV Area. More specifically, the goal is to ensure sustainable and balanced water supply management that will meet current and future demand at the least cost possible.
