Project Description
The Project involves the financing, design, development, operation and maintenance of the Bataan Healthcare Smartcard System (BHS). The constituents of the Provincial Government of Bataan (PGB) will be provided secured BHS healthcare cards that has encrypted patient and medical information. The Project includes the installion of secured smartcard readers that are linked to the online database servers of health care facilities or hospitals of PGB.
