Project Description
The subject unsolicited project will involve the upgrading, O&M, and future expansion of the Laguindingan Airport which will include the following components:
a. Taking-over of the O&M of the existing facilities of Laguindingan Airport, i.e., from CAAP, beginning on the O&M Start Date as provided in the draft Concession Agreement
(CA);
b. Execution of the upgrade works, which include initial terminal expansion and refurbishment of the existing terminal;
c. Future capacity augmentations through expansion or construction of a new passenger terminal and other buildings, along with all associated infrastructure and facilities per
applicable standards;
d. Installation of all required equipment and associated facilities per applicable standards;
e. Enhancement or development of airside facilities to meet the enhanced scale of operations at the airport; and,
f. O&M of all enhanced airside facilities, including among others, the apron, runway, and taxiway.
