Project Description
The San Mateo River Line Project (“Project”) is a 17-km feeder railway line that connects LRT Line 2 to the municipalities of San Mateo and Rodriguez, Rizal. Presently, only one existing national highway is available to cater to the public and private vehicles in the corridor. The project shall serve as a feeder system to the network of metro lines within the Greater Capital Region serving passengers from high-density sub-urban areas of Marikina City, San Mateo, Rizal, and Rodriguez, Rizal.
