Unsolicited Proposal for the Modified Light Rail Transit-6B & C Phase 1

Project Description

The project involves the design and build, and operation and maintenance of an integrated railway network system consisting of (I) Sucat LRT Line Project (LRT-6B) – an approximately 7.2 kilometers of Mass Railway Transit System which will start from Sucat Station in Parañaque, traversing Dr. Arcadio Santos Avenue (Sucat Parañaque Road) up to Lakefront Station. The alignment will have seven (7) stations, including a shared station with LRT-6C at Sucat.

The proposed stations are as follows: (1) Sucat, (2) Canaynay, (3) El Grande, (4) San Antonio, (5) President, (6) St. James, and (7) Lakefront; and (II) Cavite LRT Line Project (LRT-6C) – an approximately 15.3 kilometers of Mass Railway Transit System which will start from a NAIA Terminal 1 in Parañaque, traversing along Dr. Arcadio Santos Avenue (Sucat-Parañaque Road), Angelina Canaynay Avenue, CAA Road in Las Piñas City, and Alabang-Zapote Road, Marcos Alvarez Avenue up to San Nicolas in Molino, Cavite. The alignment will have twelve (12) stations, including a shared station with LRT-6B at Sucat. Following are the proposed stations: (1) NAIA, (2) Duty Free, (3) Yesen, (4) Sucat, (5) Martinville, (6) Citadella, (7) Las Piñas, (8) Zapote, (9) Apollo, (10) Talon Singko, (11) Queens Row, and (12) San Nicolas.
