Project Description
The project involves (1) the redevelopment of the existing public market into a 4-storey modern building consisting of a public market complex and a commercial center and (2) construction of a 3-storey commercial and parking building. The two buildings are located across each other.
The private sector is expected to design, construct, finance, and operate and maintain the project. Upon construction, the public market complex will remain under the management and operations of the LGU. The private sector is expected to recoup its investment via commercial revenue (e.g., lease, sales share from tenants, advertising and marketing, parking revenue, etc.).
