Project Description
The project involves the financing, design and engineering, establishment, construction, development, and operation and maintenance of a smart and resilient power distribution system to meet the electricity demand requirements of customers in New Clark City. Furthermore, the Project will provide the infrastructure for the distribution of electricity to locators and other facilities within New Clark City and establish New Clark City as a self-sustaining community development.
