Project Description
The project involved repair, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of the complete power generating facilities within the enclosed fenced Power Plant Area designated as Electric Power Generating Plant D, five fuel storage tank and one water storage tank, and all other related structures, tools and supplies located in Clark Air Base with a rated combined capacity of 50 MW.
