Project Description
The project involves the Port Development and Reclamation and Horizontal Development of 2.85 hectares more or less, of foreshore and offshore areas of City Special South Economic Administrative Zone (CSSEAZ) located within the Jurisdiction of Mandaue City.
The land use development of the project shall include open/green spaces, green corridor, boardwalk, berthing and docking facilities for sea buses, harbor ferries, cruise ships, and cargo ships, a passenger terminal and other related uses. The development shall also include a harbour park and open space.
