Project Description
The Daang Hari – SLEX Link Road Project or what is now called the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) is a new 4-kilometer 4-lane toll road, from the junction of Daang Reyna and Daang Hari in Las Piñas/Bacoor, Cavite to SLEX through the Susana Heights Interchange in Muntinlupa, traversing the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Reservation. The link-road uses the Susana Heights Interchange as exit and entry from north and south of SLEX. The project included the construction of a new bridge/widening of the existing bridge crossing SLEX as well as the expansion of the Susana Heights toll plaza. Commercial operations commenced in July 2015.
The 1st Toll Rate Adjustment approved by TRB has been implemented on May 20, 2019.
The provisional toll rate adjustment approved by TRB will be implemented on a staggered basis. The first tranche has been implemented on November 3, 2023. Second tranche has been implemented on March 19, 2024.
