PPP Center Executive Director Cosette V. Canilao was a speaker during the “Government Capability-Developing a long term investable pipeline” session. She was also a member of the panel moderated by GIH Senior Director Mark Moseley. The event was attended by senior government officials and multinational development banks responsible for infra planning and for PPPs both from G20 and non-G20 nations.
