The Department of Public Works and Highways (“DPWH”) has received an unsolicited proposal from San Miguel Holdings Corporation (the Original Proponent”). Upon evaluation, the DPWH has accepted, upon successful negotiation and approval of the NEDA Board, the unsolicited proposal to Finance, Design, Construct, Operate and Maintain the Tarlac – Pangasinan – La Union Expressway (“TPLEX”) Extension Project from Rosario, La Union to San Juan, La Union, following the provisions of the Build-Operate-Transfer (“BOT”) Law and its Revised 2022 Implementing Rules and Regulations (“Revised 2022 IRR”) and the Investment Coordination Committee guidelines.
