Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines Deputy Executive Director Eleazar E. Ricote lectured on PPPs at the Public Management Development Program (PMDP) of the Development Academy of the Philippines, which was held last October 16-17, 2023. The Module on PPPs forms part of the PMDP learning area on Strategic Management.
The PMDP was designed to foster professionalism in government and promote stability in the bureaucracy by producing a corps of development-oriented, competent, and dedicated government senior executives and middle managers.
