The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) has released the updated Investment Coordination Committee (ICC) Guidelines on processing PPP Proposals for NEDA Board / ICC evaluation and approval. The current version indicates the new ICC process, which aims to significantly cut existing timelines for the submission, evaluation, and approval of PPP projects.
