The education of our children is a primary duty of government. With the new school year fast approaching, the need for more classrooms comes again into the picture. The PPP for School Infrastructure Project (PSIP) Phase I under the Department of Education has already produced 9,296 classrooms for various regions in Luzon. These classrooms are being used by some 400,000 school children in our public schools. These were built under the country’s Public-Private Partnership program.
