Public-Private Partnership Center

The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), will conduct a Training-Workshop on PPP Concepts and Processes for National Economic and Development Authority Regional Offices (NRO) PPP Focal Persons. This training-workshop aims to provide capacity development to the technical focal officers of the NROs, who were tasked as the initial front liners in addressing concerns raised by local implementing agencies regarding PPPs. Through the training-workshop, the PPP Focal Persons will be equipped with the knowledge to readily provide information on the PPP Program to inquiring local implementing agencies and facilitate the accessibility of the PPP Center at the local level.

The partnership of the PPP Center and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) is geared towards the common objective of assisting local implementing agencies in undertaking their proposed PPP projects. The PPP Knowledge Corner, which was established through the NROs, is aimed to facilitate PPP Center’s mandate of providing capacity building activities, technical assistance, and advisory services for local implementing agencies, such as local government units (LGUs), water districts (WDs), and state universities and colleges (SUCs) in the different regions.
