The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center conducted PPP Training for the Philippine National Railways (PNR) Management on 11 June 2015 at PNR Executive Building, Mayhaligue St., Tondo, Manila. The PPP training aims to capacitate them on PPPs and provide next steps particularly in entering the bidding phase for the North-South Railway Project (NSRP)-South Line.
