The Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center), through the National Expenditures Program for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Ten Thousand (Php 6,010,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Janitorial and Allied Services for CY 2024/CN 2024-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
