Project Description
The Project involves the financing, design, engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of a 300-bed cancer hospital to be located within the University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) Metro Manila campus, and procurement, maintenance, and periodic replacement of medical and non-medical equipment. UP-PGH will provide clinical services free of charge to sponsored patients in a dedicated 150-bed PGH Area, while the Private Partner will provide clinical services to private self-paying patients in a dedicated 150-bed Private Area. Commercial activities relevant to the hospital such as parking and food and beverage outlets are also included in the Project.
