The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has published the invitation to bid for the contract to rehabilitate, operate, optimize and maintain the NAIA, through a Rehabilitate-Operate-Expand-Transfer arrangement (NAIA PPP Project), in accordance with Republic Act No. 6957, as amended by Republic Act No. 7718, otherwise known as the Build-Operate-and-Transfer Law (BOT Law) and its 2022 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (BOT Law IRR).
