Invitation to Submit Comparative Proposals for the Quezon City Integrated Solid Waste Management Facility Project
The Quezon City Local Government is inviting local and international entities to submit comparative proposals for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project which shall primarily consists of:
- a biodegradable source separated organics (SSO) treatment facility;
- a residual combustible waste (RCW) treatment facility;
- a monofill for fly ash disposal; and
