The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) are inviting interested parties to qualify and bid for the contract to rehabilitate, operate, optimize and maintain the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, through a Rehabilitate-Operate-Expand-Transfer arrangement, in accordance with Republic Act No. 6957, as amended by Republic Act No. 7718, otherwise known as the Build-Operate-and-Transfer Law (BOT Law) and its 2022 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (BOT Law IRR).
