The PPP Center conducted a project site inspection at the San Carlos City Water District Joint Venture Project in San Carlos City, Pangasinan, on March 13, 2019. The San Carlos City Water District (SCCWD), the implementing agency of the project, entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Prime Water Infrastructure Corp. to develop new water sources and expand the service coverage in SCCWD’s area of service during the entire concession period of 25 years.
