The Public-Private Partnership Center conducted the final leg of the Regional Orientation-Workshop on Joint Venture Arrangements (JVAs) in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, on September 30-October 2, 2019. Twenty-five participants (25) from seven (7) LGUs and four (4) NEDA Regional Offices attended the activity, which sought to capacitate local implementing agencies in implementing PPPs through JV. A focus group discussion, implemented with the assistance of the German Development Corporation (GIZ), was also conducted to seek feedback on the recently-launched PPP Center Joint Venture Guidebook.
