The PPP Center, on behalf of the BOT Law IRR Committee, shall conduct a Public Consultation on the Proposed Amendments to the 2012 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Amended Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law (RA 7718) from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM of March 11, 2022.
Given the need for social distancing, a hybrid setup shall be implemented wherein in-person attendance in the PPP Center Board Room shall only be limited to the first twenty (20) to confirm. The rest may participate via the Zoom platform.
