The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center briefed participants from the private sector on the concepts, process, and legal framework both of the BOT Law and Joint Venture in an online session conducted on August 5, 2021. The participants came from various private organizations and legal firms that showed a keen interest in PPP projects.
Director Feroisa Francisca T. Concordia of the Capacity Building and Knowledge Management Service conducted the briefing while Atty. Samantha Andales was the resource person for legal concerns.
Director Concordia encouraged the private sector participants to visit the Center’s website to look at the various tools and resources developed and made available by the PPP Center to help potential private sector partners develop well-structured unsolicited proposals.
The Center conducts outreach briefings for the private sector to introduce them to the PPP concepts and lay the foundation for a well-structured proposal for PPP projects.
