The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center conducted PPP workshop for the Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO) regional clusters and central office units staff at ICTO Building in UP Diliman last January 12-14.
The three-day workshop engaged the different ICTO regional clusters and central office units in an effort to capacitate the newly-formed core PPP unit of the ICTO in preparation for its proposed public telecom infrastructure project.
Participants were provided with guidance on the fundamentals of PPPs, elements in the identification, selection, and prioritization of PPP projects, and preliminaries of developing and preparing PPP proposals for the ICT sector.
The workshop was participated by the ICTO Visayas Cluster, Mindanao Cluster, Systems and Infrastructure Management Service, Legal and Investigation Service, Systems and Infrastructure Development Service, National ICT Competency Service, National ICT Government Service, and Administrative, Financial and Management Services.
