The PPP Center of the Philippines was invited to present during the Thematic Webinars of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Southeast Asia Regional Programme (SEARP) held on October 6, 2020. Recognizing the severity of the pandemic and its adverse socio-economic impacts on the region, these webinars offered an in-depth discussion on the four priority areas that are crucial for preparing more inclusive and sustainable post-COVID-19 era in Southeast Asia: Resilient Infrastructure, Global Supply Chains and Protectionism, SMEs Support and Skills Development.

As part of the first session, Deputy Executive Director Mia Mary G. Sebastian discussed how to drive the post-pandemic recovery in Southeast Asia – Philippine economic recovery plan, how sustainable recovery can be ensured through resilient infrastructure, and PPP as one of the delivery mechanisms in achieving resilient infrastructure.
