To capacitate implementing agencies (IAs) in the preparation of public-private partnership (PPP) proposals and qualification of private sector partners, the PPP Center conducted the online capacity building activity (OCBA) titled Project Manager’s Training on Developing PPP Tender Documents on August 25-26, 2022 via Zoom.

The two-day session explained the objectives, scope and guidelines, and institutional bodies under the procurement stage of the PPP process; discussed the process of drafting the PPP tender documents including the qualification requirements and setting of the bid parameter; and provided insights through sharing of experiences from past procurement of PPP projects.

The activity was attended by 31 participants from national government agencies (NGAs), government owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs), regional line agencies (RLAs) and local government units (LGUs), most of which were members of their respective PPP Selection Committees.

The resource persons from the Center were Ms. Gianna Capacia of the Project Development Service, and Atty. Gilbert Galvez and Atty. Rochelle Sarsosa of the Legal Service.
