The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center presented the rules on processing PPP projects under the Republic Act No. 11966, or the PPP Code of the Philippines, during the SGV Knowledge Institute’s Philippine Economic Outlook: PPPs as a Catalyst for Sustainable Growth Forum conducted on February 19, 2024, at the Peninsula Manila in Makati City.

In her presentation, PPP Center Executive Director and Undersecretary Ma. Cynthia C. During the event’s open forum, Undersecretary Hernandez highlighted PPP Center’s commitment to fostering transparency, accountability, and fairness throughout the lifecycle of PPP projects.

“With the enactment of the PPP Code, the government is confident that more financially viable, well-structured, and high-quality PPP projects will be delivered to Filipinos”, Undersecretary Hernandez said.

The event was attended by senior executives from various companies and aims to showcase the country’s economic outlook with the infrastructure program as one of the main driving forces.
