The Public-Private Partnership Center conducted an online PPP 101: Orientation on PPP Concepts and Processes for the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) on March 5, 2021 via Microsoft (MS) Teams.
A total of thirty-five (35) participants composed of officers, technical, administrative, and legal staff from the Philippine Space Agency, and researchers from the Sustained Support for Local Space Technology & Applications Mastery, Innovation and Advancement (Stamina4Space) attended the online capacity building activity (OCBA).
The OCBA covered discussions on The Philippine PPP Program, PPP concepts and legal frameworks, PPP Process under Philippine Amended BOT Law and its revised IRR, and presentation of the proposed PPP projects of PhilSA.
