The PPP Center conducted an online capacity building activity (OCBA) titled “PPP 101: Orientation on PPP Concepts and Processes for the City Government of Malabon” on August 13, 2021 via MS Teams. The PPP 101 focused on the Philippine PPP program, mandate of the PPP Center, PPP concepts, legal and regulatory frameworks, and project stages.
In relation to Malabon City’s request for review of their PPP Code, a custom discussion on the overview of the DILG-PPP Center JMC 2019-01 and framework for assessing local PPP codes was included in the OCBA.
Malabon City’s PPP Technical Working Group, members of the Local Finance Committee, and representatives from the Planning and Development Office and Local Economic Investment and Promotions Office participated in the activity.
