The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) gets Netherlands-based Rebel Group International BV as its transaction advisor for the conduct of the feasibility study of its plan to develop the airport inside the Poro Point Free Port Zone in San Fernando, La Union funded through the Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF) managed by the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center.
