The PPP Center conducted an Orientation on PPP Concepts and Processes for Pangasinan Provincial Government at the Capitol Resort Hotel in Lingayen, Pangasinan, on April 15-16, 2019. Members of the Provincial Joint Venture Selection Committee attended the event to learn how to manage unsolicited joint venture projects.
