The Public-Private Partnership Center delivered the Online Capacity Building Activity (OCBA) on Joint Venture Arrangements for Local Government Units (LGUs) on September 30, 2020. Thirty-one (31) participants from a total of 13 LGUs attended the OCBA via Microsoft Teams.
The discussion covered topics about the Philippine PPP Program, joint venture (JV) concepts, and a walk through of the JV processes under the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) & PPP Center Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 2019-01 or the “Supplemental Guidelines for the Implementation of Public-Private Partnership for the People Initiative for Local Governments (LGU P4).
